Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die casting technique capable of preventing the generation of a cavity in a preform, and capable of preventing the breakage of the preform. SOLUTION: Molten metal directly supplied to the preform 12 from a center gate 25 flows as shown by the arrows 11-13 because of being sucked by a pin guide hole 31. The molten metal supplied from a left gate 23 flows as shown by the arrows 14-16 because of being sucked by the pin guide hole 31. The molten metal supplied from a right gate 24 flows as shown by the arrows 17-19 because of being sucked by the pin guide hole 31. The molten metal flows toward a surface 21 for placing a preform thereby penetrating inside the preform 12 in one direction. This never causes a cavity.
