Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air cleaning filter catching dust and gaseous impurity components in air, which shows a low voltage loss and high catching performance for an extended period. SOLUTION: The air cleaning filter 12 can generate an ozone by controlling a voltage difference given between the upstream side 2 and the downstream side 3 of the filter medium sheet 4, and ozonates, decomposes, cleans and deodorizes a harmful gaseous impurity components containing a deleterious gas such as a formaldehyde and an odorous gas such as a captan harmful to human bodies by a double-sided semiconducting filter medium sheet 4 made by making both of the upstream side and the downstream side of the filter medium sheet having air permeability and catching dust in passing air semiconducting.
