MAIL TRANSMITTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transmitter provided with a function of preventing transmission of a mail. SOLUTION: The mail transmitter includes: an operation part 1 for executing an input operation from an outside; a phone directory data storage part 6 for storing personal information; a display part 2 displaying a screen to the outside; and a control part 3 for controlling communication with the outside, wherein when the mail is transmitted by the operation part 3, the control part 3 refers to the personal information from the phone directory data storage part 6 if an mail address of a mate of the transmission mail exists in the phone directory data storage part 6. The control part 3 further asks confirmation to a transmitter, by displaying a warning screen on the display part 2 before transmitted, if the personal information exists in at least one property information out of a title, the text and attached file, in the transmission mail.
