Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly calculate dividends to be distributed to a content provider. SOLUTION: A communication unit 11 receives a content block, provider name information indicating a content provider 200a who provides the content block, and charge information 21b indicating the charge for the content block, and transmits viewing log information 30 to a management server 100. An updating unit 15 creates a viewing situation 30d indicating the use status of the content block, and creates viewing log information 30 including the viewing situation 30d, the provider name information (the same as content provider name 30e), and the charge 30c (the same as the charge information 21b).
