PIPE FITTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting in which relative rotational positions of pipes to be connected can be correctly specified. SOLUTION: The pipe fitting 20 couples two pipe members to each other. The fitting comprises a first pipe member 22 having a first male thread part 22c at an outer circumference, a second pipe member 24 having a second male thread part 24d at the outer circumference, and a coupling socket 26 having a first female thread part 26a engaged with the first male thread part and a second female thread part 26b engaged with the second male thread part, so that, by making the first male thread part engaged with the first female thread part, and the second male thread part engaged with the second female thread part, the first pipe member and the second pipe member are drawn to each other in the axial direction for coupling the first pipe member and the second pipe member to each other. The fitting also comprises rotational position deciding means 22a and 24c to regulate the relative rotational positions of the first pipe member and the second pipe member.
