Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration of endurance reliability of an exhaust emission control device, deterioration of effect of lowering of heat mass, and increase in the number of parts and manufacturing man-hours in a hanging point structure for hanging the exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine mounted on an automobile by a hanging tool during assembly or maintenance of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device 1 is arranged so that the exhaust gas downward flows, a connection flange plate 33 disposed on an end of a tubular member 32 connected to an adjacent another exhaust device is provided on an upper end, and a hanging tool engagement hole 51 working as a hanging point is provided on the flange plate.
