Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of setting a water leading member on the internal surface of a borehole in which the water leading member can be excellently set at a fragile location in the borehole. SOLUTION: The water leading member 20 has a pipe wall formed of a porous structure in which a number of water leading pores penetrating the inside and outside of the wall are formed. When the water leading member 20 is rigidly set on the internal wall of the borehole 16 bored in a bedrock at the fragile location, a rubber expansion pipe 24 attached to the tip side of a pipe 22 of a transfer member 26 is axially inserted into the water leading member 20, and then radially inflated by internal pressurization by introducing air therein, to thereby hold the water leading member 20 from the inside. Then the water leading member 20 kept in a held state is transferred to the target fragile location together with the rubber expansion pipe 24, and thereafter, the rubber expansion pipe 24 is deflated by reducing internal pressure and then drawn from the water leading member 20.
