SOLUTION: The tilt-telescopic steering column device comprises a fixed bracket 1 fastened to a vehicle, a movable bracket 2 movable with respect to the fixed bracket 1, an intermediate bracket 3 supporting the movable bracket 2 movably in an axial direction, pivoted to the fixed bracket 1 turnably around the fixed bracket 1 and equipped with a bearing 301 turnably supporting a steering shaft 101, a locking shaft 4 fixing the fixed bracket 1 and the movable bracket 2 tiltably and telescopically movably at a predetermined position and a coupling shaft 5 fixing the movable bracket 2 and the intermediate bracket 3 telescopically movably.
