DECORATIVE LAMINATED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative laminated sheet with such an advantage that a dimensional change is insignificant and cracks and warpage are suppressed, and further, that an environment-friendly object can be manufactured using this decorative laminated sheet because no solvent and formaldehyde are used, thus, preventing a cause of a sick building syndrome and not adversely affecting the environment by atmospheric pollution. SOLUTION: A single piece of prepreg or laminated pieces of the prepreg are molded by heat and pressure. This prepreg is obtained by applying slurry composed of at least one kind of an essential component selected from a group composed of a curable crystalline oligomer which is solid at a normal temperature and a carbonate, an aluminum hydroxide, silica, talc and fly ash as an inorganic filler, to a fibrous base material. Further, a single piece of the prepreg or the laminated prepregs are laminated with pattern paper impregnated with resin and hot-pressed in one piece. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
