DIE-CAST MACHINE AND DIE-CAST MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-cast machine and a molding method thereof with which the development of burr and the blowing-out of molten metal are prevented by reducing the development of a surge pressure and further, the variation of a cast product in the casting site is minimized. SOLUTION: The die-cast machine is provided with a mold (101) for cast-molding a product, an injection cylinder (102) for injecting the molten metal (15) into the mold and a hydraulic device (303) for pressing the injection cylinder with high pressure. The hydraulic device (303) is provided with a piston accumulator (20) for injection, with which operating oil is supplied into the injection cylinder; a high speed adjusting valve (31) for opening/closing the flowing of the operating oil from the piston accumulator (20) for injection; and a plurality of gas bottles (71,72,73), which set in parallel so as to connect fluid material into a gas chamber (217) of the piston accumulator (20) for injection through respective changing valves (75,76,77).
