SOLUTION: The bottled beverage comprises (A) 0.05-0.6 mass% of a nonpolymerized catechin, (B) a pyrazine and (C) an alcohol and has 5-95 mass% of gallate body ratio in the nonpolymerized catechin and the gas chromatographic area ratio of (B)/(C) in the beverage of 0.10-0.55, if necessary, mixed with a tea extract concentrate and adjusted to pH 5-7.
