Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roughening treatment device capable of eliminating metal hydroxide fine particles and smut attached on a roughened surface by a low spray pressure and suppressing adhesiveness degradation caused by the fine particles and smut without changing chemical compositions of etching type chemical roughening treatment and bending or folding a treated subject by using a two-fluid spray for water washing in a roughening treatment process. SOLUTION: The roughening treatment device includes a roughening treatment process of a metal surface and a water washing process conducted after the roughening treatment process.
