Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor temperature sensor which excels in the linearity of output voltage for temperature. SOLUTION: Even when a leakage current is generated in bases of PNPs 8-9 with a rise in temperature, a current flowing into each of emitters of PNPs 7-8 is made free from the effect of the leakage current by a leakage current compensating current of PNP 14. Accordingly, the linearity of the output voltage for the temperature is improved and the accuracy of the semiconductor temperature sensor 1 for the temperature is improved.
