Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that female hormones among endocrine disturbing chemicals are high in female hormone activity in cleaning water and waste water treatment liquid, and the removing ratio of them in water treatment facilities is low. SOLUTION: The female hormones can be oxidized and decomposed, and converted into the substances having no hormone activity by using a device having a flow passage for supplying liquid containing the female hormones, a mechanism for storage, separation, extraction, adsorption and concentration, a decomposition mechanism by photocatalysts and a flow passage for discharging the treated liquid.
