Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle display device and program for on-vehicle display without imparting a sense of incongruity to a driver, even when videos around one's own vehicle can not be temporarily displayed when displaying the videos around one's own vehicle and one's own vehicle traveling information on the same display means. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle display device 1 displays the videos around one's own vehicle and the traveling information on one's own vehicle on the same display means 20. The on-vehicle display device 1 is provided with video display propriety input means 11, 12, 13 and 14 for inputting propriety of displays of the videos around one's own vehicle, display change means 30 and 40 for changing the sizes of the displays of video display portion and traveling information display portion based on the inputted propriety of the video displays, and an input prediction means 30 for predicting the input of the propriety of the displays of the videos around one's own vehicle. The display change means 30 and 40 do not change the sizes of the displays of the video display portion and the traveling information display portion when predicting a video display possible input by the input prediction means 30, even when negatives of the displays of the videos are inputted by the video display propriety input means 11, 12, 13 and 14.
