PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet recording apparatus having the least possibility of damaging recording quality of a recoding surface by having a structure ejecting a recording sheet without touching the recording surface of the recording sheet. SOLUTION: A fixing table 11 has a first depressurization chamber 111 of a hollow structure, at the bottom part of which a fan 13 is disposed. The inside of the first depressurization chamber 111 is depressurized as air in the first depressurization chamber is sucked in the direction of an arrow indicated with the sign B by rotation of the fan 13. A movable table 12 has a second depressurization chamber 121 of a hollow structure and is disposed so as to slide on the fixed table 11 in the auxiliary scanning direction Y. The recording sheet P is held by suction on the top surface of the movable table 12 as the recording sheet P is sucked to a plurality of sucking holes 17 as indicated with an arrow of the sign D as a state of communicating a first depressurization hole 15 with a second depressurization hole 16 as indicated with an arrow of the sign C.
