Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine a screw rotor with high accuracy even if a position relationship between a tool and a workpiece is shifted by heat. SOLUTION: This screw rotor machining method includes: a numerical data originating process for originating NC data for moving the tool 110 and the workpiece 120 respectively by a machining device 100 from a desired target tool path for moving the tool 110 relative to the work 120; and a machining process for moving the tool 110 and the workpiece 120 respectively by the machining device 100, based on the NC data to machine the workpiece 120 with the tool 110. The numerical data originating process includes a numerical data re-originating process for measuring the thermal displacement of the tool 110 and workpiece 120 when machining of one workpiece 120 is completed and re-originating NC data for the desired target tool path, based on the thermal displacement.
