Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device which is superior in motility, whose strength is high, which can be operated at a large stroke, can be made into a light and simple structure, can be operated at low voltage and can suppress energy consumption. SOLUTION: In the actuator device, electrolytic film layers are arranged on both sides of a center electrode layer and external electrode layers are disposed on external sides of the electrolytic film layers. The device is divided into a plurality of bending parts arranged by standing in a row so that each other may be adjoined mutually.
