SOLUTION: A power switching circuit having the high side switch where MOS transistor M1 is employed and a driving transistor M2 for switching the MOS transistor M1 as the high side switch includes a first resistor RU and second resistor RG connected between a source and gate of the MOS transistor, and a first resistor RL where an end is connected to an end common to the first and second resistors (RU, RG) and the other end is connected to an end of the driving transistor M2.
