Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp with a protective film for suppressing the consumption of mercury without reducing the light flux of the lamp, to reduce a mercury filling amount. SOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp 1 comprises mercury 2 and rare gas filled inside, and the protective film 6 of metal oxide particles and a phosphor layer 7 laminated on the inner face of a glass bulb 3 mounted with an electrode 4, in sequence. The protective film 6 contains at least 50 wt.% silica. The film thickness of the protective film 6 is in a range of 0.5-5.0 μm. The mercury 2 is filled in the glass bulb 3 in a range of 2.2-8.8 μg/cm3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
