Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning fixing structure allowing a second device to fit in a recess in a first device to be fixedly positioned, avoiding entry and heaping of dust in the recess when no second device is fit therein and allowing the second device to be fitted to be fixedly positioned even if the second device is constituted of a plurality of devices of different types and sizes. SOLUTION: A lid body 8 which covers an opening 7 when foldably extending over a peripheral edge of the opening 7 in the recess 4 sectioned in a charger 2 being the first device and is folded to be housed in the recess 4 to take a predetermined position corresponding to the size of a portable AV device 5a or the second device to be fitted in the recess is pivoted in the opening 7.
