VEHICULAR STORAGE BATTERY HISTORY READOUT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although working examples have been described for displaying data received by a vehicular storage battery history readout device on a highly versatile personal computer, a cellular phone and the like, a normal operation or a problem with a vehicle or a storage battery can be determined only when the received data are displayed on the personal computer or cellular phone, and thus a long time is taken due to a necessity for displaying all the received data, and it is difficult to promptly provide service such as a battery diagnosis to a customer and the like. SOLUTION: A storage battery history readout device having a function to interface with separate external display units instead of having its own display unit includes a function to determine whether a storage battery is normal, or whether more detailed storage battery history data should be displayed and confirmed or not, and a function to give an instruction to display the more detailed storage battery history data on a separately provided display unit only when it is determined that such data should be checked.
