Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for concealing a translucent electrode pattern without increasing the electric resistance of the translucent electrode pattern. SOLUTION: An input device 10 of a display device with an input device is an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel, and translucent electrode patterns 11 and 12 are made of an ITO film whose refractivity is higher than that of the translucent substrate 15. The surfaces of the translucent electrode patterns 11 and 12 have irregular sections 11e and 12e while a lower side irregular section 15e for applying light scattering property is reflected, so that reflectivity is deteriorated due to the irregular sections 11e and 12e formed on the surfaces of the translucent electrode patterns 11 and 12 in a region where the translucent electrode patterns 11 and 12 are formed, and that the reflectivity can be made equivalent to that in a region where the translucent electrode patterns 11 and 12 are not formed.
