Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold water manufacturing system using a steam ejector capable of achieving high efficiency and reduction of running cost by increasing cold water manufacturing efficiency by improving a mass flow ratio in the steam ejector, and further to provide a cold water manufacturing system using the steam ejector capable of properly securing the amount of cold water. SOLUTION: This cold water manufacturing system using the steam ejector 6 comprises a vacuum cooling tower 7 connected with the steam ejector 6, and a tank means connected with the vacuum cooling tower 7, the tank means is composed of a plurality of tank portions 20, 30, and the tank portions 20, 30 are selectively connectable with the vacuum cooling tower 7.
