METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREVENTING WEB DEPLOYMENT OF WEB ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent deployment of a web rolling end from remaining when storing a web roll in a packaging box. SOLUTION: A device for preventing web deployment of a web roll comprises a pair of rotary rollers 2 for rewinding a web from a long rolled web and rotating a web roll M formed on a short roll, and a charging device 3 for charging the static electricity to the web roll supported by the pair of rotary rollers 2. The web roll M is supported by the pair of rotary rollers 2 and rotated thereby, and the static electricity is charged to the web roll M by the charging device 3. Deployment of a web rolling end W' in the web roll M and slackness of the web W are absorbed, and the web rolling end W' is tightly held. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
