| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press apparatus and an oil-pressure jack having a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The oil-pressure jack has a column support, a first cylindrical member surrounding the column support, a second cylindrical member surrounding the first cylindrical member, a plate-like member which is fixed to the periphery of the column support and connected to each one end of the first cylindrical member and the second cylindrical member, a third cylindrical member which is inserted, in a movable manner, into a space surrounded by the first cylindrical member, the second cylindrical member and the plate-like member, a first cylindrical seal member put between the first cylindrical member and the third cylindrical member, and a second cylindrical seal member put between the second cylindrical member and the third cylindrical member, wherein the central axis of the column support, the first cylindrical member, the second cylindrical member and the third cylindrical member are nearly the same.
