Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve a motion image content by deleting a feature quantity extracted from the motion image content. SOLUTION: A registered motion image feature quantity extraction unit 310 extracts a change point interval of a registered motion image. The change point interval of the registered motion image is registered in a DC dictionary 600 and a CD dictionary 700 together with a content ID. The DC dictionary 600 refers to the content ID from the change point interval and the CD dictionary 700 refers to the change point interval from the content ID. An input motion image feature quantity extraction unit 330 extracts a change point interval of an input motion image to be retrieved. A DC dictionary reference unit 323 reads the content ID out of the DC dictionary 600 using the change point interval of the input motion image as a key, and a DC dictionary reference unit 324 reads the change point interval out of the CD dictionary 700 using the content ID as a key.
