Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle position predicting device for predicting the future travel position of a vehicle with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The vehicle position predicting device 12 for predicting the travel position of the vehicle predicts the travel position of a vehicle OV1 based on the set vehicle speed when the vehicle OV1 having a function of following a preceding vehicle PV1 when the preceding vehicle PV1 exists and traveling at the set vehicle speed when the preceding vehicle PV1 does not exist. It is preferable to predict the travel position of the vehicle OV1 based on the operating state of the function of the vehicle OV1 and on the presence information of the preceding vehicle.
