DETECTION METHOD, DETECTION DEVICE, MONITORING METHOD, AND MONITORING SYSTEM OF MOVING OBJECT IN MOVING IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the detection method, detection device, monitoring method and monitoring system of a traveling object for detecting only the traveling object in real time without erroneously detecting the change of the instable section of an image. SOLUTION: This detection device 20 of a traveling object in a moving image is provided with: an input image blocking part 33 for calculating the input average pixel value of each block by dividing an input image into a plurality of blocks; a background image blocking part 34 for calculating the background average pixel value of each block by dividing the background image into a plurality of corresponding blocks; a block processing part 30 for deciding whether or not the traveling object is included in each block from the input average pixel value and background average pixel value of each block, and for determining the block including the traveling object as a traveling object region block; and a pixel processing part 41 for determining whether or not the traveling object is present in each pixel in the traveling object region block.
