Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating dilution device for expanding a range of a mixture ratio of a fluid. SOLUTION: The rotating dilution device comprises a rotating disk 4 provided with discontinuous penetration holes 9, 10 on a surface. The penetration holes are opened so as to alternately pass the undiluted fluid and the diluted fluid through inflow openings 11-14 and outflow openings 15-18 along their movement orbits. At least two rows of the penetration holes 9, 10 are disposed in the rotating disk 4 so as to draw the different movement orbits. The inflow openings 11-14 and the outflow openings 15-18 for the undiluted fluid and/or the diluted fluid which are connected to the penetration holes can be separately controlled.
