Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring carrier film for a photocatalytic layer free from a crack and an uneven portion in transfer formation of the photocatalytic layer, restraining reflection, and suitable for transferring a photocatalytic layer surface of high grade excellent in uniform designability and design performance. SOLUTION: This transferring carrier film for the photocatalytic layer is a biaxial-oriented polyester film having 90-300 MPa of strength at 5% of film-longitudinal-directional elongation, and at least one surface thereof satisfies following expressions (1)-(4) at the same time: 1.0≤θa≤7.0 (1), 0.5≤Rz≤2.5 (2), 2≤Rkr≤15 (3), 30≤Pc≤100 (4), where θa represents an average inclination angle (°), Rz represents a ten-point-averaged roughness (μm), Rkr represents a kurtosis of a surface height, and Pc represents a peak count.
