ELEVATOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of reducing the occurrence frequency of an emergency stop of a car. SOLUTION: The elevator device is equipped with: the car 1 lifted/lowered inside a hoistway; a car door 2 for opening and closing a doorway of the car 1; a landing door 4 for opening and closing the doorway of a landing 3 with the opening and closing of the car door 2; a rotary body 5 provided to the landing door 4, that is engageable with the car door 2 and rotates along with the opening and closing of the car door 2 when in engagement with the car door 2; and an opening and closing switch 6 provided to the rotary body 5 for opening and closing along with the rotation of the rotary body 5. The elevator device stops lifting/lowering of the car 1 when the opening and closing switch 6 is opened. The elevator device includes a regulating means 7 provided capable of abutting on the opening and closing switch 6 for regulating the opening of the opening and closing switch 6 when the car 1 is lifted/lowered.
