Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nap system providing a comfortable nap environment by introducing outdoor air, and thereby supplying the air to an air sending mat, discharging indoor air outdoors and thereby suppressing an indoor temperature rise, and enabling easy indoor installation and easy handling. SOLUTION: This nap system is provided with the air sending mat constituted to inject air to a human body in a recumbent state by introducing air. An outdoor air introducing part introducing outdoor air and supplying the air to the air sending mat and an indoor air discharging part discharging indoor air outdoors are connected to the air sending mat.
