Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety ensuring device for an occupant for preventing a submarine phenomenon. SOLUTION: This safety ensuring device has a movable part 20 arranged on a seat portion 2 of a seat 1 to make the seat portion 2 partially project upward, and a driving part stored in the seat 1 to move the movable part 20. The driving part receives electric signals from a pre-crush sensor mounted to a vehicle and a control unit connected to the sensor and makes the movable part 20 project upward by an electric driving means (a combination of a motor and gear, etc.) to prevent the submarine phenomenon.
