BATTERY DRIVEN TYPE TELEPHONE TERMINAL, AND MAIN DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for reducing the probability that a call breaks off due to battery exhaustion of a terminal, and shortening waiting time of a caller, when an incoming call to the terminal whose battery is exhausted is transferred. SOLUTION: When there is the incoming call to a wireless IP extension terminal 1, if the remaining battery amount of the wireless IP extension terminal 1 is less than a predetermined value, the incoming call is transferred to a predetermined transfer destination (IP extension telephone terminals 1, 2), without transmitting the incoming call to the wireless IP extension terminal 1. Consequently, the probability that the call breaks due to the battery exhaustion of the wireless IP extension terminal 1 is reduced. In addition, the waiting time of the caller, when the incoming call is transferred to the wireless IP extension terminal 1 in which the battery exhaustion is caused, is shortened.
