Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell excelling in an output characteristic; and a fuel cell provided with the fuel battery cell. SOLUTION: This fuel battery cell is provided with: a membrane-electrode assembly 3 having a fuel electrode, an air electrode and an electrolyte membrane 27; a fuel supply part 8 having a fuel supply opening 64 for supplying a fuel therethrough; and a fuel diffusion part 10 diffusing the fuel supplied from the fuel supply opening to supply it to the fuel electrode.
