Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device with superior display characteristics and a long lifetime by achieving low resistance of a scanning signal wiring and improving reliability of power supply and conduction as well as reliability of element isolation. SOLUTION: Chromium or chromium alloy film 15 is interposed between the scanning signal wiring 9 and an interlayer dielectric 14, and the one of fringe end 151 of this chromium or chromium alloy film 15 is covered by the extension part 911 of the scanning signal wiring 9, and the other fringe end part of the chromium or chromium alloy film 15 is melted and removed, thereby an undercut part 16 consisting of a nearly equal gap to the chromium or chromium alloy film is arranged between the scanning signal wiring 9 and the interlayer dielectric 14.
