SOLUTION: A lane change processor confirms whether or not an emitted electromagnetic wave or sound wave is received by reflection, and when it is detected, the lane change processor decides that other vehicle is moving on a target lane, and prohibits the lane change. Then, the lane change processor notifies a user of the result of determining that the lane change is prohibited through a monitor or a warning lamp preliminarily loaded on its own vehicle.
