Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate complexity when handling a plurality of credit cards, and to enable a customer to select the optimal credit card by positively providing a beneficial service. SOLUTION: A card management company acquires settlement information for commercial transaction whose settlement is suspended prior to a settlement date, and compares cards, and outputs a comparison result. A customer instructs the change of a credit card to be used for settlement. A card management company performs card change processing, and generates settlement information for settling the commercial transaction by using a new credit card, and transmits it to a credit card company. Also, the card management company generates cancellation information for canceling the settlement of the commercial transaction using the old credit card, and transmits it to the credit card company.
