Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a still image display device capable of displaying a still image that can be easily recognized by a user. SOLUTION: The still image display device 10 includes: a light source 15; a transparent light guide body 13; an attenuation sheet 14; a background sheet 12. The bottom surface of the light guide body 13 includes a rough area 13a to irregularly reflect light beams and a smooth area 13b to transmit/reflect light beams.
