Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous secondary polymer dispersion based on special acrylate building blocks, to provide a method for producing the dispersion liquid and to provide the use of the dispersion as a binder for the production of a blister-free coating. SOLUTION: The aqueous secondary dispersion contains a copolymer (P) synthesized from a hydroxy-functional hydrophobic polymer containing (Ia) (meth)acrylate containing a 1-22C hydrocarbon group and/or a vinyl aromatic compound and/or vinyl ester in an alcohol portion and (Ib) a hydroxy-functional monomer as (I) structural monomers and a hydroxy-functional hydrophilic polymer containing (IIa) (meth)acrylate containing the 1-22C hydrocarbon group and/or the vinyl aromatic compound and/or vinyl ester in the alcohol portion, (IIb) the hydroxy-functional monomer and (IIc) an acid-functional monomer as (II) structural components.
