Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration component acceleration estimation device for sampling the acceleration of a vibration component and making a vibration control device of a rolling stock control vibration in a skyhook semiactive manner continuously, and a vibration component acceleration estimation method. SOLUTION: This acceleration estimation device is provided with a detection means 2 for detecting acceleration αF in the horizontal direction acting on a body B of the rolling stock T for the direction of the advance of the rolling stock, a theoretical over-centrifugal acceleration computing means 3 for obtaining theoretical over-centrifugal acceleration αL in the horizontal direction acting on the body B for the direction of the advance of the rolling stock based on information about a track at a traveling spot of the rolling stock T and a speed V of the rolling stock T, and a vibration acceleration computing means 4 for obtaining the acceleration Acc of the vibration component acting on the body B based on the acceleration αF detected by the detection means 2 and the theoretical over-centrifugal acceleration αL obtained by the theoretical over-centrifugal acceleration computing means 3.
