Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming apparatus which can carry out vacuum forming while a relatively large sag is formed in a part of a resin sheet. SOLUTION: The vacuum forming apparatus 1 has a clamp member 21 holding the resin sheet J, a support member 22 which is projected from the clamp member 21 and supports the lower surface Jb of the resin sheet J, and a pair of auxiliary holding mechanisms (auxiliary holding means) 20 which can approach each other. The clamp member 21 holds parts adjoining each other with an optional position where the sag is formed in the resin sheet J held between them.
