Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of selectively limiting a viewing angle even while it can be thinned. SOLUTION: The display device by one embodiment of this invention includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other, a semiconductor device and an organic light emitting device formed on the first substrate and an optical unit formed between the organic light emitting device and the second substrate for adjusting the viewing angle. Thus, the viewing angle of light can be selectively adjusted, the need of an additional panel for viewing angle adjustment is eliminated, a thin display device can be manufactured, and a manufacture step can be simplified.
