PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble easily an operation shaft, and to position accurately the operation shaft. SOLUTION: The component includes a winding stem 2 held insertably into/extractably from a case 1; a connection arm 11 connected to the winding stem 2, and turned according to movement in the axial direction of the winding stem 2; a detection part for detecting movement in the axial direction of the winding stem 2 according to turning of the connection arm 11; and biasing pieces 303a, 303b for biasing the connection arm 11 toward the bottom surface side of the case. The connection arm 11 having elasticity is pushed up against an elastic force of the connection arm 11 when inserting the winding stem 2, and then engaged with a holding part 202 formed on the winding stem 2, to be thereby connected to the winding stem 2.
