PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in assembling a center frame. SOLUTION: In the state that a center plate part 19 of an upper plate 18 is fixed to an upper end side of a leg part front plate 14, a leg part rear plate 15, a leg part left plate 16, and a leg part right plate 17 erected on a bottom plate 13, middle parts 14A, 15A, 16A, 17A of these respective leg part plates 14, 15, 16, 17 constitute part of a pseudo-cylindrical body Sc between the bottom plate 13 and the upper plate 18. Thus, the upper plate 18 to which a circular trunk 20 is fixed is supported by the middle parts 14A, 15A, 16A, 17A of the respective leg part plates 14, 15, 16, 17 from the lower side, so that the strength of a center structure of the center frame 12 can be improved. Accordingly, it is not necessary to separately provide an isolated cylindrical body between the bottom plate 13 and the upper plate 18, and the work efficiency in assembling the center frame 12 is improved as the need for the cylindrical body is eliminated.
