Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotor blade via an electrolytic discharge for accelerating an efficient manufacture of a small batch with a reduced complexity. SOLUTION: A pre-form 10 includes an airfoil stub 14 and a dovetail hub 16. The hub 16 is subjected to electrolytic discharge machining first to thereby form a rough dovetail 32. The airfoil stub 14 is subjected to electrolytic machining to thereby form an airfoil 18. Subsequently, the rough dovetail 32 is subjected to electrolytic machining to thereby form a rough tongue-like part 34.
