Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that thermal noise may be generated while an MOS switch is turned on in a switched capacitor circuit. SOLUTION: An operational amplifier OP3 includes a first input terminal that receives an input signal, a second input terminal that receives a reference voltage, and an output terminal. A switch SW1 is provided in parallel with a capacitor C1 and short-circuits the first input terminal and the output terminal of the operational amplifier OP3. Switches SW4, SW5 selectively connect an output side terminal of the capacitor C1 to the output terminal of the operational amplifier OP3 or to a predetermined voltage source.
