OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit which allows full swing output in which the circuit is simplified using a constant current source as requisite minimum. SOLUTION: Between a power source and the ground, fourth and fifth transistors 4, 5 of pnp type connected in series at a diode connected state; a first resistor 10; sixth and seventh transistors 6, 7 of npn type connected in series at the diode connected state are provided by being connected in series, a base current of the first transistors of npn type and the second transistors of pnp type constituting an idling current setting part 104 are set only by setting of the first resistor 10 and the circuit is constituted of the fewer constant current sources 11-13 than in the conventional case.
