Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone system capable of receiving specified service or making a telephone call at low phonecall charge in an area by registering the area beforehand. SOLUTION: Position information on a telephone terminal is managed by a position information management device connected to a mobile phone exchange, and the area where the specified service is received is registered beforehand. The position information management device recognizes whether the telephone terminal is in the registered area or not to provide the specified service for the telephone terminal and a telephone terminal use.
